Updated Treatment Plan



I truly believe there are "chapters" to this illness. With this in mind, I honestly feel like I'm in a new one. With every new chapter comes a new routine and here's what mine currently looks like...

Acupuncture points I'm concentrating on for 15 minutes each once daily...




Stretches I'm working on incorporating at least every other day...


Vitamins and supplements remain the same since those seem to currently be working. The only addition being some garlic (1tsp/day)
